Ayia Napa 2000 - Reminiscing through the years:

Its often said, that time flies when your having fun. Talking about Ayia Napa how true that is.  Its been five years since I played the first UKGarage sets in Ayia Napa with another then London Underground 89.4FM DJ, DJ Ramsey.  Along with my impromptu MC (Andy “Man Utd” Cole) we blessed Nick Power’s “Kool Club” with the sounds of Todd Edwards and Grant Nelson, I suppose the rest in now history.

Every summer since has been bigger and better with 1999 the summer like no other.  The regulars, Pure Silk, Twice as Nice, Experience and Confunksion were joined by new kids on the block Sun City, Num Numbs, and Freak in You.  The Spot due to the Ayia Napa uncovered series has become a household name, and possibly the number one Ayia Napa club for this summer.

Ayia Napa summer 2000 is a don’t miss event, to help you do too much in not enough time check our quick event guide.  The Num Numbs crew hosted by Colin Williams, Mr Jones, and Kiss 100 FM “Streetboy” take over the SPOT for the last Sunday in every month (June 18th, July 30th, August 27th). If you only catch one event this summer, it’s the one not to miss.
